Our Care Team is doing its best to respond to those with critical needs. We're offering prayer, support, and meeting practical needs. While our resources may be limited, we will do our best to help. Additionally, our Food Pantry will be open as scheduled. Next Car-side pickup April 8th at 7pm. If you are in need of assistance email firstname.lastname@example.org
or call 508-653-4769.
As you may be aware, several states have been issuing executive orders limiting gatherings in order to help stop the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our Board of Directors has met to discuss what all of this means and most importantly how we will respond as a church. We have also networked with a few churches and reviewed the guidelines recommended to us by our fellowship.
Seeing that we have two schools that operate within our facility Monday through Friday, on top of our regularly scheduled church services and activities, we have decided to close for three weeks starting Friday, March 13th. We plan to open again Sunday April 5th.
All CIC midweek and weekend activities will be suspended and some moved online. However, on Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. we will be broadcasting our service via live stream. Visit our website to tune in from the comfort of your living room. You can also continue to partner with us financially by visiting our giving page.
We are taking this measure in an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
Please follow protocols for personal protection and prevention to lower the risk of transmission of illness to others. For more information go to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website at www.cdc.gov.

Closing our doors, for any reason, is difficult. We realize this decision has a considerable and far-reaching impact for you. In the meantime, we encourage you, as always, to pray and read Scripture. Never forget, God is in control. May these words stir your faith!
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)
Say to those with anxious heart, “Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; The recompense of God will come, But He will save you.” (Isaiah 35:4)
Praying for you and your family.

Here are some practical steps to help you respond effectively:
1. Avoid close contact with people who are sick and stay home when you are sick.
2. Wash your hands often with soap and water (for 20 seconds).
3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
4. If you are a parent coach your children how to respond to the coronavirus.
